1922 UK general election results
The Conservatives won the most seats: 332 of the 585 single-member and unopposed seats the source breaks down by party (30 seats in two-member and university constituencies are not split by party in the source). Afterwards: Conservative majority government, with Bonar Law as prime minister.
30 seats are not allocated to parties here. They were in two- and three-member constituencies (some towns and the universities), where the House of Commons Library dataset gives votes by party rather than by candidate. The Library’s own published totals for this election, including those seats, are Conservative 344 and Labour 142 (its Conservative figure includes allied groups).
