Brit Elects is an independent reference site for UK general elections. It brings together every general election from 1918 to the most recent one, constituency by constituency, with every candidate since 2010, every by-election since 2010, the party leaders who fought each campaign and the Parliament each election produced.

It also runs the People’s Vote, an open straw poll of visitors. That poll is clearly labelled and is never mixed with official results.

We are not affiliated with Parliament, the House of Commons Library, the Electoral Commission, any returning officer, party or campaign.
